  • What is the WPC (Vinyl)?

    The WPC stands for Wood Plastic Composit, which is an engineered luxury vinyl flooring that is 100% water proof and looks exactly like wood. The new designs of the WPC offer Vinyl planks with a profile that has texture of wood grooves and grains. Regarding the installation of the WPC, it could be glued down or floated with a very strong tongue and groove feature.

  • What is the difference between solid wood and engineered wood?

    Solid wood is an actual wood plank and varies in thickness from 1/4" - 3/4". It is very durable and sturdy, but will buckle due to humidity. The engineered wood is a vineer of wood species along with toher layers of wood and the thickness varies from 1/4" - 1/2". Engineered wood is very durable and can stand humidity without any movement.

    All solid wood can be sanded and refinished without any issues which is not possible with all engineered wood without the risk of loosing any hand scrape look.
